Jim Vanlandingham kindly consented to conduct a work shop for our club on 14 July 2007. Jim conducted a great Workshop and all the members that attended, learned a great deal about trees and Jim's method of styling. Jim has been a bonsai artist for over 20 years an has worked much of that time at the jim smith nursery in Florida. He has a web site that shows off many OF jim Smiths Bonsai trees. The Garden center air conditioner and electrical was hit by lightening as was not working. On very short notice she agreed TO LET US USE HER home. Barbara IS ONE OF THE 6 FOUNDING MEMBERS OF THE Azalea city bonsai society. THANK YOU Barbara!!!!
